Shipping policy

Most of what we sell is too heavy or too large to ship parcel, so items move by freight carrier. Shipping is not calculated at checkout.

After your purchase, we'll get a freight quote to your delivery address and contact you with the cost before anything ships. Freight is billed separately from the item price.

Local pickup is available by appointment from our Nashville, Tennessee area location at no charge. Bring appropriate equipment and personnel to load — we can assist, but transport, securement, and tie-down are the buyer's responsibility.

Equipment is sold uncrated unless otherwise noted. We do not palletize, crate, or export-package unless arranged in advance at additional cost.

Once an item is loaded onto a carrier, damage claims are between the buyer and the carrier. Inspect the item before signing the bill of lading and note any damage at the time of delivery — a clean signed BOL makes a damage claim very difficult to win.
