Condition of Equipment

All equipment sold by Lamon Surplus Equipment is sold as-is and where-is, with all faults. We do not test, bench-test, energize, or functionally verify equipment prior to sale unless a listing specifically states otherwise.

We describe every item as accurately as we can based on what we know about it — its origin, its markings, its visible condition, and whether it was removed from active service. What we know, you'll know. What we don't know, we say we don't know.

No Warranty

Lamon Surplus Equipment makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any such warranties are expressly disclaimed.

Buyer's Responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for determining whether an item is suitable for the buyer's intended application. Used industrial equipment should be inspected, tested, and installed by qualified personnel in accordance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Nothing in a listing constitutes a representation that an item is fit for service, code-compliant, or safe to operate in its current condition.

Photographs

Unless a listing states otherwise, photographs show the actual unit being sold — not a manufacturer catalog image or a representative sample.

Inspection

Buyers are welcome to inspect equipment in person prior to purchase by appointment. We'd rather you look at it first than be surprised later.

Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout. Items are not reserved or held until payment clears.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery of the item to the freight carrier, or upon pickup.

Removal

Items purchased for local pickup must be removed within 14 days of purchase. Storage fees may apply after that period.
